Welcome Back To Mesa!
AWSDA’s 16th Annual Training Seminar
Dear AWSDA Seminar Participants:
It’s hard to believe, but that time of year is here once again. I hope everyone is as excited as we the seminar hosts to be back in sunny Arizona for our 16th annual seminar. Due to some things that were out of AWSDA’s control, we got off to a bit of a late start, but I assure you we have made up a lot of ground in the past two months. As of now, we have our instructor line up and I know you will be happy to know that it is as action packed as ever before.
Once again, we have great rates to take full advantage of at the Hilton Hotel in Mesa. Sharing a room with other AWSDA members will take even more of the financial worries away. We are working on discount rates with the same car rental agency as well as the wonderful desert tour on our day off. I would also be hard pressed to forget to remind everyone about the great food that we experienced at each meal (especially the BBQ on the terrace).
If these reasons alone don’t entice you to come again and attend the 16th annual conference, then how about the people. I have never been so proud to be part of an organization that represents so many wonderful things when it comes to helping women learn to defend themselves. I personally can’t wait each year to see old friends, to train with the highest caliber people, and to share ideas to make classes simpler and more effective for the women I teach. Without you the members, there is no AWSDA. Without you the members, we can’t grow stronger.
There has yet to be a seminar where I have not taken away at least one great idea that has helped my program improve to a new level. So, with all that being said, sign up early and come to train, play, and catch up on the years events. We look forward to seeing everyone in November. It’s as simple as going to www.awsda.org for more details.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Haas
Lance Dauby
