Three and a half months before the Conference (August 2-5)!!  Time is flying.

I wanted to make every one aware of a few things:

1. Early Bird Discount for Registration is $275.00 for the Conference and $325.00 for the Conference and the new Women’s Self Defense Instructor Course.  It only runs until April 30th.  That only gives everyone 9 days  to register for the discount.  May 1st, the price goes up to $325.00 and $375.00 respectively.
2. The hotel is reserving only 50 rooms at the AWSDA special discount rate.  So please book your room early to ensure you get the AWSDA discount.  You can reserve online through the AWSDA website on the right hand side of the AWSDA home page and click on Hilton Greenville or you can call 864-232-4747 and make your reservations.
3. Instructor Application deadline is April 27th.  Please make sure if you would like to teach at this years Conference you submit your application before the deadline, Course Description, and Bio to Susan Baldwin at protectiontrng@qwest.com.
4. Everyone who has submitted an Instructor Application will be notified by the end of the second week  of May.  The Course list will go out to the members shortly after so that they can decide which courses they would like to attend!!! 
5. Don’t forget to show all your friends the excellent line up so that they want to come to the Conference also. 
6. Lastly, each year, the term expires for 3 Board Members.  If you are interested in becoming a Board Member, please send in a Letter of Intent, a brief Biography and a Resume to board@awsda.org.
