There are two simple words to describe what you need to do to create a Safety Perimeter - Target Harden. Target hardening is a term often used to refer to physical security measures in a home or business. It is about taking steps to making your home or business (the target) as uninviting as possible to a potential burglar.
20th Anniversary AWSDA Conference
AWSDA is celebrating its 20th anniversary next year. The conference is scheduled for Phoeniz, AZ. In the planning stages currently, you can expect amazing courses, amazing instructors and a new, revitalized atmosphere. Please plan to make its 20 years a huge success.
Due to a number of factors and complexities, and given the current economic climate, AWSDA has chosen to not have a conference this year. This may be a relief to some who would have liked to attend and couldn't, and a disappointment to others. Be assured many positive efforts are being focused behind the scenes to proudly celebrate 20 years of promoting awareness of women's self defense and rape prevention around the world.
